“As a CrossFit trainer, my aim is to help members get the most out of every class. I wan’t to improve their quality of life and I do this by focusing on overcoming any mental barriers they might have and putting them through a tailor made training program that suits their goals”.
Arthur is passionate about CrossFit training and believes everyone should be able to take care of themselves by maintaining healthy range of motion in their joints, keeping active, and eating a balanced diet.
Arthur served in the Australian Army and has been CrossFit training for 8 years – “CrossFit changed my life and it helped me get through the rigorous training exercises I faced in the military. I now enjoy helping others achieve their goals”.
